2006 VIKING Compare

Built by Viking in 2006, Curious George is a 22.55-metre motor yacht that combines solid American build quality with a practical and comfortable layout suited to serious bluewater cruising. She accommodates up to four staterooms, offering a well-balanced configuration for family use or private cruising with guests.

Curious George has recently completed an extensive refit that took over a year and represented an investment of one million US dollars. The scope of work is comprehensive: all electronics have been replaced with new state-of-the-art systems, Humphrey stabilisation and trim systems have been newly installed, and the bridge has received both new air-conditioning and a new enclosure. Updated intake vents give her a noticeably refreshed exterior profile, making her appear considerably more recent than her build year. She is also noted as a low-hour vessel, which speaks to the care with which she has been maintained and used.

Curious George is well suited to buyers looking for a thoroughly updated motor yacht ready to use without additional expenditure. The combination of low hours, a full mechanical and electronics overhaul, and structural upgrades means the next owner can focus on enjoying the vessel rather than managing a project. She would appeal equally to a family seeking a comfortable and capable cruising platform or to an experienced buyer looking for a well-prepared boat with strong residual integrity.
