2012 VIKING 60 CONVERTIBLE Compare

Built by Viking in 2012, Contango is an 18.49-metre 60 Convertible motor yacht that combines serious offshore fishing capability with a well-appointed onboard living experience. She comes with a strong track record of professional maintenance, maintained to high standards both mechanically and cosmetically, and presents in excellent overall condition.

Contango has benefited from a substantial list of recent updates that place her firmly at the head of her class. In February 2023, she received a painted black mask, fresh bottom paint, new rudder bearings, and new carpet throughout the interior. The interior wood was fully refinished in December 2023, and both the Onan generator and the CAT engines received a 5,000-hour service completed in November 2023. She is also fitted with a Seakeeper 16 gyroscopic stabilizer, a meaningful addition for comfort on the water.

With four staterooms and her proven offshore fishing credentials, Contango is particularly well suited to a buyer looking for a capable and ready-to-use sportfishing yacht. Whether for private family use or dedicated fishing campaigns, her recent updates mean there is little to do before getting underway. She is currently located in her home slip at Los Suenos Resort and Marina, Costa Rica, and is available to show and deliver.
