Built by Hanse in 2009, JULIETTA is a 16.08-metre sailing yacht (Hanse 540e) that offers a solid combination of performance, range capability and comfortable live-aboard layout. She completed a full circumnavigation under a previous owner and is currently located at Lustica Bay Marina in Montenegro, with a paid berth included until July 2026. Since her current owner acquired her in 2022, over €40,000 has been invested in upgrades and technical work, including a major engine service by an authorised Yanmar dealer, replacement of rudder bearings, a new drive shaft, bow thruster overhaul, new standing rigging calibration and rope replacements, a new bimini, sprayhood and sunshades, cockpit cushions, a new 35 kg anchor with 50 metres of stainless steel chain, a new refrigeration unit, and the installation of a generator and watermaker.
JULIETTA accommodates guests across three cabins, including a spacious bow master cabin, two additional guest cabins, and a dedicated skipper cabin in the forepeak complete with toilet, sink and a new mattress. Air conditioning has been updated, with new units fitted in the master cabin and saloon, and the aft units have been repaired. Her sail inventory includes a mainsail (fair condition), a genoa (good condition), a gennaker and a storm sail. A dinghy with outboard engine is also included. Navigation systems are Simrad-based; AIS and autopilot are fully operational, and a full system upgrade has been quoted at approximately €10,000. A mast loss incident occurred in 2013 under a previous owner with no hull damage recorded, and there have been no insurance claims during current ownership.
JULIETTA is a practical choice for buyers seeking a well-maintained, long-range bluewater sailing yacht with proven ocean credentials. The combination of recent mechanical and comfort upgrades, along with the included marina berth, makes her a ready-to-sail option suitable for extended cruising or liveaboard use. Cryptocurrency payments are accepted.
