Built by Island Packet Yachts in 2008, Jema Joy is a 13.94 m sailing yacht that offers a balanced combination of comfort, usability and presence on the water. The IP440 is a well-regarded cruising sailboat design, built to provide reliable performance and practical living space for extended voyages.
This two-cabin sailing yacht is equipped with everything needed for comfortable cruising. Recent upgrades in early 2025 include new cockpit cushions, new house batteries and a new engine start battery, ensuring the vessel is well-maintained and ready for immediate use. These battery replacements are particularly valuable, as they represent essential systems that directly support reliability and peace of mind on the water.
Jema Joy suits buyers seeking a proven, manageable cruising sailboat for private family sailing and coastal exploration. The two-cabin layout and established Island Packet reputation make this vessel an attractive option for couples or small families looking for a capable, well-sized yacht without excessive complexity or maintenance demands.
