Built by Princess Yachts in 2006, Princess V70 is a 21.43-metre motor yacht that offers a well-balanced combination of comfort, practicality and presence on the water. Part of the highly successful V70 series, she benefits from a strong and proven platform that has established itself over the years as a reliable and enjoyable cruising vessel. She is delivered VAT paid and fully serviced, with 1,510 hours on her twin MTU M93 2000 engines and 1,504 hours on her 17 kW generator, offering a clean and well-documented ownership history.

Princess V70 accommodates six guests across three cabins and has received significant investment under current ownership through a comprehensive 2025/2026 refit programme. Key works include a brand new electric system for the sliding roof, a full Flexiteak deck renewal, a new sliding door system, upgraded TV wiring, a new stereo system, new VHF radio, new flap, new roof spotlight lighting, new horn, new passerelle with upgraded controls for the garage and gangway, and new Luxaflex blinds fitted in the saloon and master cabin. Navigation and electronics include dual Furuno VX2 Navnet chart plotters with radar, a Raymarine ST6001 autopilot, speed log and depth sounder, along with electric bow and stern thrusters, a Yacht Controller and a watermaker. On board comfort is further supported by a full Bose entertainment system, a Sharp Aquos television on a power lift, a NEFF ceramic hob, dishwasher and washer-dryer, a full-height fridge-freezer, and an electric barbecue.

This yacht is well suited to a private buyer looking for a turn-key motor yacht with recent, documented investment. The combination of a freshly completed refit, VAT-paid status and low engine hours makes her a straightforward acquisition for anyone seeking a reliable and well-equipped vessel for coastal and blue-water cruising with family or friends. She is ready to use from day one, without the need for immediate additional expenditure.
