2025 PRINCESS YACHTS Princess Y72 Confronta

Built by Princess Yachts in 2025, SOLOMON is a 22.8-metre motor yacht — a Princess Y72 — delivered new to her current owner directly from the factory in Plymouth in summer 2025. With only 90 hours on her twin MAN V12-1650 hp engines and still under full factory warranty until 2027, she represents one of the freshest examples of this model currently available on the market. The owner's decision to sell is motivated solely by a desire to upgrade, making this a straightforward and transparent opportunity.

SOLOMON is equipped with a comprehensive factory options package that covers comfort, safety and convenience. She features hydraulic fin stabilizers for comfort both underway and at anchor, full teak decks across the side decks, flybridge and swim platform, and a Williams SportJet 395 tender on a hydraulic swim platform. Navigation is handled by a Raymarine system, while Lumishore underwater lights, a premium sound system, a hydraulic gangway, bow and stern thrusters, a third aft control post, a folding awning and a custom lighting package complete the specification. The galley is fitted with Miele and Bosch appliances throughout, including a wine cooler. Her top speed is 35 knots, with a cruising speed of 30 knots. Accommodation is arranged over four ensuite guest cabins: a full-beam master suite, a forward VIP, and two convertible twin cabins — with separate aft crew quarters for two with private access. The interior, designed by the Princess Design Studio, is open-plan, light-filled and finished in warm wood and leather in the newest generation Princess aesthetic.

SOLOMON is well suited to buyers looking for a modern, fast and well-equipped family motor yacht in the 22–23 metre range, with minimal hours and no waiting time. The factory warranty, low engine hours and comprehensive options list make her a particularly straightforward proposition for a buyer who wants to step aboard a virtually new yacht and cruise immediately, without the uncertainty or cost typically associated with older vessels. Her four-cabin layout makes her equally suitable for private family use or hosting guests.
