2016 HATTERAS 63GT Compare

Built by Hatteras in 2016, this 63GT is a 19.2-metre motor yacht that offers a well-rounded combination of performance, comfort and practicality. Now referred to as the 65 model by Hatteras, it represents the later resin-infused generation of the builder's fleet and is powered by upgraded MTU 12V-2000 engines delivering 1,900 BHP, with a performance capability exceeding 40 knots. With fewer than 390 hours on the main engines and under 1,400 hours on the two 21.5 kW generators, this vessel has been used sparingly and maintained with great care on an 80-ton lift.

The 63GT is comprehensively equipped with a wide range of features. Navigation is handled by an extensive Garmin package, while safety equipment includes an 8-man open-sea ISO canister life raft. A Nautical Structures 2,200 lb davit with telescoping hydraulic rotation, a BROWNIES two-person dive compressor, two Dometic Sea-Exchange watermakers, pro-series underwater lights, and STIDD marine helm chairs are among the notable extras on board. The cockpit is thoughtfully laid out with electric outlets, spacious fish boxes, a transom live-well, misters and mezzanine seating with integrated refrigeration. A chrome package, spare propellers and the upgraded engine specification further distinguish this vessel in its category. Recent maintenance includes new non-skid throughout (December 2024), new interior soft walls, new bedding, new automated window blinds in the salon area, new bottom job and full detailing (May 2024 and January 2025), as well as a fully serviced engine room (December 2024).

With four staterooms and strong performance figures, this yacht suits buyers looking for a capable and well-equipped motor yacht for sport fishing, family cruising or coastal passages. The low engine hours and thorough recent servicing make it a particularly reliable option for those seeking a vessel that is ready to use without significant near-term expenditure. Its level of outfitting and mechanical condition position it as a strong choice for buyers prioritising value and immediate usability.
