Built by Hinckley in 2014, BAREFOOT is a 14.63-metre motor yacht that represents a carefully considered blend of timeless Downeast design principles and modern marine technology. This Talaria 48 Flybridge offers owners a balanced combination of comfort, usability and presence on the water, with a proven track record of meticulous maintenance and thoughtful customization.
The yacht features a unique layout designed with couples and flexible accommodation in mind, sleeping up to six adults across a customized cabin arrangement. Key technical strengths include upgraded Volvo D13 900 HP common rail diesel engines with jet drive propulsion, a Seakeeper 6 stabilization system, and a comprehensive Raymarine electronics suite with thermal night vision, AIS and radar. The interior showcases premium cherry wood finishes throughout the salon and pilothouse, while the flybridge benefits from a custom carbon fiber hardtop and teak package. Deck areas feature natural teak with white caulking, complemented by a SeaLift hydraulic swim platform with teak dinghy lift. Recent upgrades to interior and exterior upholstery, cushions and canvas demonstrate continued investment in the vessel's condition.
Barefoot appeals to experienced boaters seeking a well-appointed, manageable-sized vessel suitable for extended cruising and coastal exploration. The combination of advanced navigation and stabilization systems with traditional design aesthetics makes her equally at home in remote anchorages or established yacht destinations. Owners value her blend of seakeeping capability, intelligent layout and the reassurance that comes from a documented history of professional management.
