2026 KROGEN 60 Open Comparar

Built by Krogen in 2026, Mer-Sea is an 18.28-metre motor vessel based on the Kadey-Krogen 60 Open model, designed as a long-range trawler for comfortable and reliable passagemaking. She combines a full-displacement hull with twin 200 HP John Deere diesel engines, delivering smooth and fuel-efficient performance over extended distances. With a range exceeding 3,000 nautical miles, she is built for serious cruising rather than short coastal passages.

Mer-Sea offers three staterooms and is designed with liveaboard comfort in mind, reflecting the craftsmanship that Kadey-Krogen is known for. Her fully protected running gear adds a meaningful level of security for offshore use, while the full-displacement hull ensures a predictable and sedate motion even in open water conditions. She is well suited to itineraries such as the Intracoastal Waterway, the Bahamas, and extended offshore passages.

This yacht is particularly well matched to buyers seeking a capable, long-range motor vessel for extended cruising, whether as a primary liveaboard or for seasonal offshore adventures. Her range, reliability and three-cabin layout make her equally suitable for a couple planning extended voyages or a small family looking for a comfortable and self-sufficient cruising platform. Buyers prioritising autonomy and seaworthiness over speed will find Mer-Sea a compelling option.
