2022 GALEON YACHTS 470 Sky Comparar

Built by Galeon Yachts in 2022, Cat's Meow is a 14.32-metre motor yacht based on the 470 Sky model, combining the sleek profile of an express cruiser with the practicality and entertaining space of a flybridge design. Well maintained and managed by a full-time captain and detailing crew, this yacht comes loaded with factory options and presents in excellent condition with low hours on the engines.

Cat's Meow is powered by twin Volvo Penta D8 V-Drive 600HP diesel engines on shaft drives — a straightforward and reliable setup that avoids the complexity of pod systems. The layout features three cabins across a 3/2 configuration: a master suite, a VIP bow berth with its own head, and a twin bunk cabin. The cockpit deck incorporates flip-down sides that extend the beam to nearly 19 feet for entertaining, along with a retractable electric BBQ, a flip-up exterior bar with stools, and a hydraulic swim platform capable of lifting a tender or jet ski. The low-profile flybridge includes an electric enclosure and a quick-fold bimini, making it easy to pass under bridges while offering the option to convert the yacht into an express cruiser configuration. On the technical side, the yacht features Raymarine electronics with autopilot, radar, VHF and AIS, a Zipwake dynamic trim control system, a DockMate wireless joystick controller with integrated bow thruster and anchor windlass, a 12kW Fischer Panda diesel generator with sound shield, and a JL Audio sound system with Fusion head unit. Interior comfort is enhanced by high-gloss cabinetry, a 40-inch retractable TV in the main salon, a 32-inch TV in the master, and a 24-inch TV in the VIP cabin.

Cat's Meow is a strong option for a buyer seeking a well-equipped, easy-to-handle motor yacht for coastal cruising and entertaining. The combination of solo docking capability via the wireless joystick system, a hydraulic swim platform, and versatile cockpit spaces makes this yacht particularly well-suited to an active owner who values both comfort and practical usability. The three-cabin layout comfortably accommodates family and guests for extended weekend or short-passage use.
