2002 FERRETTI YACHTS 94 Compare

Built by Ferretti Yachts in 2002, El Ladrillo III is a 28.65-metre motor yacht that offers a balanced combination of comfort, usability and presence on the water. She is presented in impressive condition, the result of a comprehensive refit completed in 2021 that addressed virtually every aspect of the vessel, both above and below the waterline.

The 2021 refit was notably thorough: the yacht received new paint throughout — topside and bottom — along with two new generators, a new Garmin navigation system, new interior carpet and tiling, a fully updated kitchen with new appliances, new mattresses, new furniture and new exterior cushions. The twin MTU engines were replaced in 2017 and subsequently received an MTU valve upgrade, ensuring the propulsion package is in strong, well-documented condition. With four cabins, El Ladrillo III offers comfortable accommodation for family or group use.

This yacht is well suited to buyers looking for a vessel that is genuinely ready to use, without the immediate need for investment in refitting or updating. The combination of a recent, wide-ranging refit and updated engines makes El Ladrillo III a practical and well-prepared choice for private cruising. Trade-ins are welcome, which adds flexibility for buyers with an existing vessel to consider.
