Built by Lazzara in 2004, HELIOS is a 24.38-metre flybridge motor yacht that offers a balanced combination of interior volume, guest comfort, and day-to-day practicality. With a beam of over six metres, 103 gross tons, and a well-conceived layout across multiple deck levels, she delivers a sense of space and usability typically associated with significantly larger vessels while remaining manageable from an ownership and operating perspective.
HELIOS accommodates up to five staterooms alongside dedicated crew quarters, making her well-suited for extended private cruising with family or guests. The open flybridge arrangement provides an excellent outdoor entertaining platform, while the wide-body interior offers strong guest separation and generous living areas throughout. The current owner has completed a comprehensive investment campaign since January 2025, addressing the areas that matter most during buyer evaluation: the full head system has been replaced with all-new heads, five new AC air handlers and two new chillers have been installed along with new thermostats and HVAC pumps, and the entire AC and DC electrical panel has been renewed with new breakers and wiring. All batteries are new as of May 2026, the Trac stabilizers have been rebuilt, and a new bow-thruster charger has been fitted. Navigation has been upgraded to a full Garmin electronics suite including two Garmin 8617 displays and new cameras. The bottom has been fully stripped and repainted, props tuned and treated with PropSpeed, and all fire systems have been inspected and certified in 2026. Additional work includes a new watermaker AC pump, Starlink Global connectivity, a complete Sonos and AirPlay audio system with Apple TV in all cabins, a new hardtop, new flybridge upholstery, new exterior lighting, replaced exterior drain lines, repainted non-skid walkaround areas, new hydraulics for pod doors, new Glendinning and TNT remotes, and a new 15-foot AB tender with chocks.
HELIOS is particularly well-suited to buyers seeking a proven American-built motor yacht platform that offers genuine interior volume and a practical layout without the complexity and operating costs of a much larger vessel. The extensive and well-documented work completed since early 2025 makes her a compelling option for those who wish to avoid the uncertainty and cost typically associated with survey findings on a yacht of this age, and who value being able to cruise with confidence from the outset.
