2017 OCEAN ALEXANDER Compare

Built by Ocean Alexander in 2017, Sub-Par is a 21.79-metre motor yacht from the Ocean Alexander 70e series, designed by Evan K. Marshall. She combines a refined exterior profile with a layout engineered to maximise natural light throughout, offering a welcoming and comfortable onboard environment for coastal cruising.

Sub-Par accommodates guests across three staterooms and is noted for her hull design, which balances robustness with reduced weight, contributing to an enjoyable and quiet cruising experience. Insulation standards have been applied to minimise noise levels, and stabilisation systems are fitted to enhance comfort underway. Her mechanical services are reported to be up to date, and she comes equipped with a 13-foot Walker Bay RIB tender with a 50 hp Yamaha outboard engine. She is held within a Washington State tax-paid LLC, and her freshwater slip at Lake Union may potentially be available to assume — practical advantages that add real value for a prospective buyer.

Sub-Par is well suited to a buyer seeking a well-maintained, ready-to-use motor yacht for coastal and near-coastal cruising. Her three-cabin layout makes her an appropriate choice for couples or small families, while her current slip situation and ownership structure offer a straightforward transition into ownership for buyers based in or around the Pacific Northwest.
