1970 TRUMPY Houseboat Compare

Built by Trumpy in 1970, ABSOLUTE is an 18.89-metre motor houseboat and one of the last eight vessels ever constructed by this historic American builder. She carries a well-documented ownership history, having been commissioned by a prominent private owner and now under the care of her sixth steward. Her lineage and the limited number of Trumpy houseboats remaining in circulation make her a genuinely rare find on today's market.

ABSOLUTE recently completed a comprehensive 2025 refit that has returned her to near-original condition. The work included a brand-new bottom, updated machinery, and fully modernised systems, leaving her in exceptional structural, mechanical, and cosmetic condition. She is described as turnkey and ready for immediate use, offering two staterooms with accommodation for up to four guests in a layout that balances comfort and classic style.

This yacht is well suited to a buyer seeking a historically significant vessel with the peace of mind of recent, thorough restoration work. Her two-stateroom layout makes her appropriate for private cruising as a couple or with a small group of guests. She is currently available for easy viewing in a covered, tide-free, fresh-water facility on the Intracoastal Waterway in Virginia.
