2021 LEOPARD 53 Powercat Compare

Built by Leopard in 2021, ONWARD is a 16.15-metre power catamaran based on the well-regarded Leopard 53 Powercat model. Configured in the Owner's Version with three staterooms, she combines the stability and shallow draft characteristic of power catamarans with generous living spaces that feel well above her size class. She represents a thoughtful balance between offshore capability and day-to-day comfort.

The Owner's Version layout dedicates the entire starboard hull to a private owner's suite, offering a level of privacy and space rarely found on a vessel of this length. The three-stateroom arrangement is complemented by expansive indoor and outdoor entertaining areas and notable storage capacity. A 3,000-watt solar package is fitted, supporting extended periods at anchor with reduced reliance on generators and contributing to overall fuel efficiency during cruising.

ONWARD is well suited to buyers looking for a capable and comfortable yacht for extended coastal cruising, liveaboard use, or island-hopping itineraries. The power catamaran format provides excellent stability at rest and underway, making her equally appealing to experienced cruisers and those transitioning to full-time or semi-permanent life afloat. Her layout and systems reflect a vessel prepared for real-world, self-sufficient cruising rather than occasional weekend use.
