2019 AQUILA 36 SPORT Compare

Built by Aquila in 2019, DELFINA is a 10.97-metre power catamaran based on the Aquila 36 Sport model. She offers a well-balanced combination of interior comfort, deck space and on-water stability that makes her equally suitable for day outings and extended coastal cruising. Her wide 4.45-metre beam and twin-hull design provide a notably steady platform both underway and at anchor, while her shallow two-foot draft allows access to shallow anchorages and beaches that deeper vessels cannot reach.

On deck, DELFINA is set up for easy socialising and outdoor living. The main deck features a forward cockpit with seating that converts to two large sunbeds, a starboard galley station with Corian surfaces, refrigerator and wash basin, plus settee seating with a folding table to port. The large aft cockpit leads to dual swim platforms and benefits from integrated side boarding gates on both sides. Below, two private staterooms each include a V-berth with memory foam mattress, en-suite head with full shower, dedicated storage and hull windows that bring in natural light. Powered by twin Mercury Verado 350 HP outboards with joystick piloting and Skyhook positioning (1,350 hours), she is practical to handle and economical to run. A Fisher Panda 5 kVA diesel generator (565 hours), full air conditioning, inverter/charger, 1,350-litre independent fuel tanks and an extensive Raymarine navigation suite including a FLIR M304 night vision camera and Quantum 2 radar round out a notably complete equipment list.

DELFINA is well suited to buyers looking for a capable, easy-to-manage power catamaran for family outings, coastal cruising, weekend getaways or entertaining guests on the water. Her dual-stateroom layout with en-suite heads makes overnight trips comfortable, while the generous deck space and multiple seating configurations accommodate groups without feeling crowded. The joystick control system and outboard configuration also make her straightforward to dock and maintain, which will appeal to hands-on owners who prefer simplicity and reliability over complexity.
