2003 CHEOY LEE Tri-Deck Compare

Built by Cheoy Lee in 2003, CHARLOTTE ANN is a 38.09-metre tri-deck motor yacht designed by Frank Mulder and built to ABS Class standards. She offers a well-structured layout across multiple decks, combining generous interior volumes with practical outdoor spaces, making her a versatile and capable vessel for extended cruising.

Aboard, CHARLOTTE ANN accommodates guests in five staterooms, each with its own ensuite bathroom. The master suite stands out with dual bathrooms and a dedicated office area. The main salon provides ample seating alongside a formal dining area for ten guests. The sky lounge features a large TV and bar, while the aft deck offers additional dining and a hot tub. The flybridge is fully operational with a steering station, generous seating, and forward sunpads, rounding out a layout that makes excellent use of available space — reportedly exceeding that of a 130-foot Westport in terms of overall volume.

With her combination of interior space, multi-deck entertaining areas, and established charter history, CHARLOTTE ANN suits a range of buyers — whether seeking a private cruising yacht for family and guests or a vessel with continued charter potential. Her five-stateroom layout and well-appointed communal spaces make her equally suitable for both uses.
