1998 DELTA Tri-Deck MY Compare

Built by Delta in 1998, MURPHY'S LAW is a 37.79-metre Tri-Deck Motor Yacht that has benefited from significant investment over the years, keeping her in strong operational condition. A major refit carried out in 2017 included the replacement of the port main engine with a Detroit 16V92TA unit, and a comprehensive overhaul of both main engines and both generators was completed in early 2024, bringing all four units to zero hours. New hull paint was applied in 2023, the interior soft goods were updated, and new electronics were installed. Most recently, in February 2025, the galley received new appliances, resurfaced cabinetry, new granite countertops, a new table and new flooring, ensuring the vessel presents well both mechanically and aesthetically.

MURPHY'S LAW accommodates guests across four staterooms: a king-size master suite with his-and-her bathrooms, a queen VIP stateroom, and two additional twin guest staterooms. Her equipment list reflects a vessel built for serious cruising, including Naiad stabilizers, an American bow thruster, twin Northern Lights generators, an Atlas shore power transformer, twin 1,200 GPD watermakers, a 17-foot tender, and three waverunners. The tri-deck layout provides generous volume and multiple deck areas for relaxation and entertaining.

MURPHY'S LAW is well suited to buyers seeking a capable and well-maintained family cruiser at a practical length of just over 37 metres. The combination of recent mechanical overhauls at zero hours, a freshly painted hull, and updated interior and galley spaces means a new owner can plan cruising seasons with confidence rather than facing immediate capital expenditure. The tender and waverunner package adds a strong recreational dimension, making her a natural fit for active families or groups who want to make the most of their time on the water.
