Built by Azimut Yachts in 2008, SERENDIPITY is a 35.35-metre motor yacht based on the Azimut 116 model, designed by Stefano Righini and built at the renowned Italian shipyard in Viareggio. With an interior volume of 260 GT, she is a well-proportioned vessel that combines performance, space and ease of use. Between October 2022 and April 2024, she underwent an extensive 21-month refit at the Seven Stars shipyard in Pisa, representing an investment of 2,150,000€. The result is a yacht presented in like-new condition, with a full repaint of the hull, superstructure and interior, entirely rebuilt teak decks on the sundeck, aft, bow and swim platform, new exterior furniture and upholstery, a fully redesigned interior by Margherita Casprini, two entirely rebuilt generators, a replaced air conditioning system, and a full MTU engine service. She has also recently completed her RINA classification survey and is registered under the Cook Islands flag.

SERENDIPITY accommodates up to 14 guests across 6 cabins: a full-beam master suite on the lower deck with private access, two VIP cabins, two twin cabins each with an additional Pullman berth, and a sixth cabin on the main deck forward currently configured as a TV room and office with a large sofa bed and Pullman. All guest cabins are situated on the lower deck with the exception of this forward cabin. The crew of up to 6 is housed in 3 dedicated crew cabins on the lower deck, with separate access from the guest areas. On deck, the yacht offers spacious sunbeds on the sundeck, a fully equipped bar, a 12-guest dining table under a wide hard-top with an electric skylight roof, and a full-size integrated garage with beach door at the stern. She is powered by two MTU 16V 2000 M93 diesel engines producing 2,400 HP each, capable of a top speed of 28 knots, and is equipped with two hydraulic zero-speed ABT TRAC stabilising fins for comfort both underway and at anchor.
