2002 WALLY Compare

Built by Wally in 2002, Green Eyes is a 32.9 m sailing yacht that combines striking contemporary design with exceptional performance. Her lines remain remarkably modern, and she has been meticulously maintained with no budget restrictions, ensuring all systems operate flawlessly. Registered as a private yacht and classed by RINA, she represents a true blend of comfort, usability and sailing capability.

Green Eyes is equipped with a unique canting keel system paired with twin daggerboards for enhanced sailing performance, particularly when sailing upwind. Her full carbon construction extends to the hull, mast, boom and shrouds, delivering excellent strength and light weight. The yacht features an open stern design—pioneering for sailing yachts—that revolutionised water access and was developed in collaboration with Wally. Below deck, she offers 4 cabins, a flush teak deck with streamlined design, and bespoke Henryot furniture in the interiors. The Magic Trim system is a standout feature, simplifying sail handling via push buttons at the helm station, enabling near single-handed sailing without traditional winch operation. She performs exceptionally well with large asymmetric spinnaker or Code Zero configurations.

This yacht is well suited to experienced sailors and private cruising enthusiasts who value performance and modern engineering, as well as those seeking the pleasure of sailing a well-maintained, responsive vessel. Her design and systems favour active sailing rather than passive cruising, making her ideal for owners who enjoy hands-on sailing with the option for minimal crew.
