Built by Holland Jachtbouw in 2004 to a design by Langan Design Associates, Anjilis is a 32.08-metre custom motor yacht that offers a balanced combination of comfort, range capability and structural quality. Her aluminium hull and superstructure were built to ABS and MCA classification standards, reflecting a vessel designed for serious long-range use in private or charter service. In 2021, Anjilis underwent a comprehensive stem-to-stern refit lasting 12 months, covering engine overhauls, drivetrain and running-gear refurbishment, new NAIAD zero-speed stabilizers, and a full suite of new Furuno navigation electronics. The twin Kohler 45 kW generators and the Condaria chilled-water HVAC system, originally installed in 2017, were also fully serviced and recommissioned during this refit.

Anjilis accommodates up to 7 guests across three staterooms, including a full-beam owner's suite amidships and a formal dining room forward of the salon. Interior design updates carried out as part of the 2021 refit were overseen by Patrick Knowles Designs and included new carpet, upholstery and salon systems throughout. A crew of five is housed in self-contained forward quarters. The yacht cruises at 16 knots and reaches a top speed of 22 knots, powered by twin MTU 16V 2000 M90 engines that received complete zero-time overhauls during the refit.
