1998 BROWARD Pilothouse Compare

Built by Broward in 1998, BLACKWOOD is a 31.39-metre motor yacht that offers a balanced combination of comfort, usability and presence on the water. Her pilothouse design reflects thoughtful naval architecture suited to extended cruising in challenging conditions.

BLACKWOOD accommodates up to nine guests across four well-appointed ensuite cabins—master, VIP, double guest, and guest stateroom—plus comfortable crew quarters for four. The yacht features a full-beam salon and dining area with expansive windows, a country-style galley with generous workspace and storage, and a full-beam master suite with king berth, dual vanities and spacious shower. Key onboard systems include air conditioning and heating throughout, Starlink Wi-Fi connectivity, and stabilizers underway for comfort. Outdoor living spaces define the yacht: an enclosed aft deck for all-weather entertaining, a flybridge with lounge seating, fireplace and wet bar, plus a swim platform for water access.

BLACKWOOD is well suited to buyers seeking a capable, comfortable platform for extended cruising and private family use. Her enclosed aft deck and protected outdoor spaces make her particularly practical for Alaskan waters and northern latitudes, while her accommodations and entertaining areas support both relaxed family time and social gatherings with guests.
