Built by Arno Leopard in 2006, LEOPARD 31 OPEN is a 31-metre motor yacht offered for sale in commercial class, Bureau Veritas certified, with her annual inspection passed in March 2024. She underwent a comprehensive refit in 2024 that included new interior and exterior upholstery, carpets, marble bathrooms, updated interior wall coverings, a complete interior decoration refresh, new Void audio equipment, and new vinyl throughout. New teak was fitted in 2021, and the Boning generator management system was updated in 2022. The purchase price also includes the fitting of a brand new Humphree All Speed Fin Stabilizer system, along with a full engine and generator service, antifouling and anodes completed as part of the 2024 work.
Aboard, LEOPARD 31 OPEN accommodates up to 9 guests across four cabins: a full-beam master suite, a full-beam VIP double, a third double cabin, and a twin cabin with a Pullman berth. The main saloon benefits from generous natural light, and the yacht also features a dedicated TV room. On deck, the protected aft cockpit provides an alfresco dining area, while the bow offers a lounge space with sun pads. A sizable bathing platform at the stern gives easy access to the water. Additional equipment includes a bow thruster, two generators, a retractable roof, an ice maker, and a washer and dryer.
With her 2024 refit, commercial class certification and newly included stabilizer system, LEOPARD 31 OPEN suits buyers looking for a well-maintained and recently updated motor yacht ready for immediate private use. Her four-cabin layout and generous deck spaces make her a practical choice for families or groups seeking comfortable cruising, while her Bureau Veritas certification and commercial class standing also open possibilities for charter operation.
