2005 JOHNSON 87' Motor Yacht Confronta

Built by Johnson in 2005, Aleniel is a 26.51-metre motor yacht offering a well-balanced combination of interior volume, practical layout and a distinctive profile. Designed by Bill Dixon, her signature upper and lower vertical windows give her an iconic silhouette that remains in production today. With a beam of 23'6", she is notably wider than most yachts of comparable length, providing interior spaces that genuinely feel closer to those of a much larger vessel.

Aleniel accommodates four staterooms, making her well suited for hosting two to four couples in comfort. The layout follows a traditional American-style plan, with a spacious salon, a large country-style kitchen with atrium, and generous walk-around side decks. The bow area features a full sun pad and seating, a space often overlooked on yachts of this size. The aft deck and flybridge are equally well appointed. Interior finishes include wood panelling and custom furnishings throughout. Both Northern Lights generators were mechanically overhauled in 2025 and fitted with new hour meters. The yacht is powered by Caterpillar C32 engines, with all services reported as current. She is equipped with ABT Trac fin stabilisers, hydraulic bow and stern thrusters, and a Dockmate wireless control system allowing navigation from multiple points onboard. Additional steering stations are located on the aft main deck (port and starboard), on the flybridge, and in the raised pilothouse.

Aleniel is a practical choice for buyers seeking a yacht with generous living space, a well-structured layout and reliable mechanical equipment. The interior volume and beam make her particularly relevant for those considering vessels up to approximately 34 metres, as she offers comparable usable space at a more accessible size. She is equally suited to extended private cruising and relaxed coastal use, and benefits from a full-time captain dedicated to her maintenance and upkeep.
