2017 TIARA YACHTS C53 Coupe Confronta

Built by Tiara Yachts in 2017, Happy Daze IV is a 16.61-metre motor yacht that offers a balanced combination of comfort, usability and presence on the water. This C53 Coupe represents the builder's approach to blending performance with thoughtful interior design for family cruising and entertaining.

Happy Daze IV is equipped with twin Volvo IPS D11 engines (650 hours) delivering cruising speeds over 35 knots, supported by a Cummins Onan generator and a SeaKeeper 9 stabiliser installed in 2023. Navigation is handled by twin Volvo Garmin MFDs with a Volvo joystick control at the helm, while an AIS system was added in 2025 for updated regulation compliance. The yacht features three staterooms: a full beam Master suite with king bed, private head, washer/dryer and independent AC control; a VIP suite with convertible queen-to-twin beds and ensuite bathroom; and a bunk stateroom. The open-plan layout flows seamlessly from the helm through the salon and galley to the cockpit, with a pneumatic sunroof opening the interior to outdoor space. A hydraulic swim platform carries an Inmar inflatable tender with Suzuki outboard.

This yacht suits buyers seeking a comfortable family cruiser with strong performance and flexible accommodation. The cockpit design—featuring an electrically retractable sunshade, adjustable seating and a varnished bi-fold table—makes it ideal for entertaining and relaxed cruising. Recent maintenance includes new high-pressure fuel pumps, polished fuel tanks with updated Racor filters, a bottom job with new Propspeed application, and a new cockpit refrigerator completed in 2025.
