2009 FOUNTAINE PAJOT Orana 44 Confronta

Built by Fountaine Pajot in 2009, Saya is a 13.41-metre sailing catamaran based on the Orana 44 model, designed by the well-regarded Joubert Nivelt design team. She represents the Owner's Version — known as the Maestro configuration — offering a layout conceived with the owner's comfort and liveability firmly in mind.

One of the most immediately noticeable characteristics of Saya is the attention paid to interior ergonomics. The design incorporates rounded curves throughout — from the aft steps to the portholes forward and the cabinetry below — creating a living environment that is both practical and comfortable underway. With three cabins, she offers a solid layout for extended cruising, providing generous accommodation without sacrificing ease of use.

Saya is well suited to buyers looking for a comfortable, easy-to-manage sailing catamaran for private use. The Fountaine Pajot Orana 44 has established itself as a reliable and practical choice among bluewater sailors and liveaboard enthusiasts alike, and the Maestro layout makes her particularly appealing to those who intend to use the yacht as a primary vessel rather than a charter platform. A 2022 survey is available for serious buyers, offering a useful reference point for condition assessment.
