2000 CODECASA 115 Confronta

Built by Codecasa in 2000, MILOS AT SEA is a 35-metre steel-hulled motor yacht that combines the reliability of Italian construction with a well-structured layout suited to both private and commercial use. Classed by Lloyd's, she offers proven seakeeping qualities and has been maintained to a high operational standard throughout her life.

MILOS AT SEA accommodates up to 10 guests across four staterooms, including a main-deck Owner's suite, a full-beam lower-deck VIP, and two twin staterooms each fitted with a Pullman berth. Her interior volumes are generous, with a full-beam salon providing comfortable communal space, and a spacious, well-equipped flybridge ideal for entertaining underway or at anchor. A comprehensive Awlgrip repaint and extensive refit were completed in 2022, with further upgrades carried out in 2024, and her Lloyd's five-year class survey was successfully completed in February 2025. With approximately 4,100 nautical miles of range, she is well suited to extended offshore passages.

MILOS AT SEA is a strong proposition for buyers seeking a capable and well-maintained Codecasa at an accessible price point. Her established charter history makes her equally attractive to those looking to offset running costs through commercial operation, while her range and guest capacity serve private owners planning longer itineraries. Located in Athens and offered at €3,500,000 ex VAT, she represents immediate availability with full class certification in place.
