Our interest, and therefore the purpose of the processing, is solely that of being able to present you with our proposals, looking for the opportunities that best suit your interests in the nautical field. To this end, the data relating to your person are only those that allow us to communicate with you (name, telephone number, home and e-mail addresses) and to manage commercial transactions (tax code/VAT). Through your interest in the nautical field, following the requests you have sent us, either directly or through sites displaying our advertisements, we create a "nautical profile" for you, detailing the type, characteristics and range of boats that interest you. The data processing also includes an automated process to match the boats we have directly or indirectly with your "nautical profile" in order to respond to your requests in a selective manner.
The Owner excludes that personal data may be used for purposes other than those described above and that they may be transferred to third parties, with the exception of bodies authorised by law. Personal data is processed by the Data Controller using mainly the CRM services called Navis.net provided by Digibusiness SRL (Navis.net is a specific Computer System for CRM, "Customer Relationship Management" in the nautical field). By signing the Navis.net service contract, the Registrant has formally designated Digibusiness SRL as the External Controller. Digibusiness SRL is based in Collecchio (PR - Italy) Strada Consortile 2 and the processing method of this system guarantees compliance with the RGPD EU 2016-679, in terms of security and data protection, as documented in a specific document published on the Site www.navisnet.it/fr in the Privacy section.
The Data Subject has the right to know, at any time, whether the Company holds his/her personal data, to object to the processing or to request the deletion, modification or updating of any personal information held by the Data Controller, by exercising the right to limitation of processing and the right to data portability.
